Spider Veins are similar to Varicose veins but appear smaller in size. They will often look red, purple, or blue and become visible most commonly on the legs and face. Sclerotherapy is a procedure used to treat blood vessels or blood vessel malformations. A medicine is injected into the vessels, which makes them shrink.
