William J. Alms, MD, Ph.D

Dr. Alms is a board certified dermatologist who graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Maryland where he earned his B.A .and M.D. degrees along with a Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology. Dr. Alms continued his education by doing an internship in Internal Medicine through the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, CO. His dermatology residency was done at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Alms has received multiple awards and honors during his educational studies and has had numerous articles published during his career. For several consecutive years including 2023, Dr. Alms has been recognized as a Washingtonian Magazine “Top Doctor”.

Dr. Alms performs surgery for all types of skin cancers in addition to cosmetic procedures including Botox injections, light chemical peels, fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm as well as treatmeant of blood vessel malformations commonly known as sclerotherapy. Dr. Alms has practiced with the Dermatology Associates of McLean since 2001.

Nina M. Fisher, MD

Dr. Nina Fisher is a board certified dermatologist who graduated Magna cum Laude from Yale College and Yale Medical School. She trained at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital and Yale-New Haven Hospital where she was Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Fisher is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Washington D.C. Dermatological Society (past president, 2009—2010) and has published articles in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Fisher is honored to have been recognized by organizations such as Northern Virginia Magazine Top Docs and Castle Connolly Top Doctors. 

Dr. Fisher emphasizes quality of care, interpersonal relationships and seeing patients in a timely manner. This has resulted in her frequently treating generations of the same family. Dr. Fisher specializes in medical dermatology. She is known for her thorough skin cancer screening, diagnosis and management. Other areas of expertise include treating adult and teenage acne, and cosmetic anti-aging treatments such as fillers, neurotoxin injections and laser treatments.

Dr. Fisher has practiced with Dermatology Associates of McLean since 2002.

Chicky Dadlani, MD

Dr. Chicky Dadlani is triple board certified in dermatology, pediatric dermatology and pediatrics. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan. After earning her MD from the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine, she completed her pediatric residency from Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Dadlani went on further to complete her dermatology residency and pediatric dermatology fellowship at New York University.

She specializes in the care of disorders involving the skin, hair and nails in children and teens. Dr. Dadlani has advanced training in the newest cosmetic procedures including lasers for resurfacing and pigmentation, lasers for body sculpting and fat destruction, botox, chemical peels, fillers, and platelet rich plasma (prp) for hair loss.

Additionally, she has specialty training in patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis. She maintains a special interest in the management of skin cancers, birthmarks, moles, women’s dermatology, and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Dadlani has published multiple articles in peer reviewed journals, residency manuals and textbooks.

Dr. Dadlani is featured in several magazines for her expertise in cosmetic, laser and pediatric dermatology. She has received numerous accolades including but not limited to Washingtonian Top Doctors, Castle Connolly Top Doctors, Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Doctor list, Rising Star in Dermatology by Super Doctors, and America’s Top Dermatologists by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.
